We are pleased that at long last Sheffield City Council are consulting on Conservation Area protection for Castlegate, and are even proposing some additional areas around West Street, Victoria Quays and Neepsend. We would like them to go further.

The Cruck

The Cruck

The Cruck has been HHB’s annual publication since 1981. In recent years the Cruck has taken on the proportions of a book, and as well as being a perk of paid membership has been available for sale at various outlets

We welcome comments to our posts, and ask everyone to please be respectful and to write about historic buildings and how to protect them.
